To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • You must provide proof of the error (e.g. photo evidence)

2. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • The correct item was delivered and no error was made
  • The customer ordered the wrong size or product
  • The item has been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

3. Return Process

If you receive the wrong item:
